The reviews moderation module is planned for the next phase of VoltMart. It will support approving, rejecting, and responding to customer product reviews, flagging inappropriate content, and surfacing rating trends across the catalog.

Reply to customer reviews and manage vendor responses.
Sentiment & trends
Surface rating trends and flag low-rated products automatically.
